Overview

ACDX is a Automatic Call Distribution system base on windows2000 server. It origin version is gnugk.org's ACD write by java. The ACDX is write by c++. It will support auto call and forward call when many callers come to gatekeeper. It implement a virtual queue to communication with gnugk gatekeeper. It is softswitch application.
As it be wrote by c++ so it is faster than ACD by java.

The project is mainly targeted for developers and provides a highly portable and very efficient ACD stack that may be used in a wide range of products - from servers to VoIP phones. BSD licence enables use of the stack both in opensource and commercial products.

The project is currently in Beta stage, however it's already stable enough to be used in real-life applications.
